Personal information on this form is collected, stored, used by CQUniversity Australia to process student accommodations for both the Capricornia College (Rockhampton) and Canefield College (Mackay). CQUniversity has the obligation under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) to collect this information.
Personal information may be disclosed within CQUniversity between Student Residences Staff to process the accommodation, and to members of the Residential Life Team and/or Security in the event of an afterhours incident.
Information collected for the reservation can be disclosed without consent when required by law. Any other provision of personal information will be authorised and in accordance with CQUniversity’s Privacy Policy and Procedure.
